Premier Pool Management ensures that our employees and lifeguards meet the highest standards of pool safety; therefore, they are trained with the knowledge and skills needed in the event of an emergency. We provide American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard, and CPO training.

Our international lifeguards are part of the Summer Work and Travel Program in collaboration with the U.S State Department and approved sponsors. This exchange program allows full-time university students to come to the United States to share their culture and ideas through temporary work and travel opportunities.
