PREMIER C.A.R.E.S.
College Assistance Reimbursement & Education Scholarship
C.A.R.E.S. is designed to provide financial assistance to students during their educational journey. All current PPM employees who qualify are encouraged to submit their essays to scholarship@premierswim.com before the scholarship deadline for consideration.
Deadline for Submission - July 30, 2026
Award Date - August 3, 2026
Primary Award Criteria​: Academic Achievement, Leadership, Financial Need, and Community Involvement.
Eligible Candidates: Candidates must be employed by PPM and in good standing.*

Graduating High School Seniors: Must provide proof of acceptance to a higher education institution and have completed 100 working hours per month between June and August 2026.​

Current College Students: Must be actively employed by PPM and have completed 100 working hours per month between June and August 2026.

Current Graduate and Postgraduate Students: Must be actively employed by PPM and have completed 100 working hours per month between June and August 2026.

Full-Time Home Office Staff: Must be currently enrolled in higher education.
Submit an essay explaining what receiving the Premier C.A.R.E.S. Scholarship would mean to you, how it would support your educational and personal goals, and how you plan to use the scholarship funds.
*Good Standing: An employee who demonstrates superior customer service skills and consistently meets or exceeds job requirements.
