Primary Award Criteria​: Academic Achievement, Leadership, Financial Need, and Community Involvement.

 

Eligible Candidates: Candidates must be employed by PPM and in good standing.*

​

• Graduating High School Seniors: Must provide proof of acceptance to a higher education institution and have completed 100 working hours per month between June and August 2026.​

​

• Current College Students: Must be actively employed by PPM and have completed 100 working hours per month between June and August 2026.

​​

• Current Graduate and Postgraduate Students: Must be actively employed by PPM and have completed 100 working hours per month between June and August 2026.

​​

• Full-Time Home Office Staff: Must be currently enrolled in higher education.

 

 

 

*Good Standing: An employee who demonstrates superior customer service skills and consistently meets or exceeds job requirements.
