Premier Pool Management offers Candidate/Employee the opportunity to participate in an American Red Cross course and obtain an American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification either through blended learning or full ARC training course, upon successful completion, PPM offers candidate/employee a subsidized cost for the Lifeguard Training Course if candidate/employee meets the requirements stated below within work hour requirements and good standing status: 

 

Registration: Employee/Candidate (or LEGAL GUARDIAN) agrees to pay Premier Pool Management a registration fee of Twenty-Five ($25.00) Dollars which is due prior to the registration for the course. Upon receipt of payment, Premier Pool Management will register the employee/candidate in the Lifeguard Training Course. The registration fee is non-refundable. If the candidate/employee needs to register for the course again at a later time, they may do so and a $25 credit will be applied toward the new registration. The employee/candidate agrees to pay Premier Pool Management Seventy-Five ($75.00) on or before the start date of the lifeguard training.  Upon the timely receipt of payment for the balance of the Lifeguard Training Course, Premier Pool Management will reserve the spot and secure training materials. If the employee/candidate fails to attend the entire class or does not successfully pass the course, the collective payment of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars will be forfeited and no reimbursement (full or partial) will be issued to employee/candidate (or LEGAL GUARDIAN.)

 

Full Cost and Discount: Employee/Candidate (or LEGAL GUARDIAN) understands, acknowledges, and agree that the full actual cost of the Lifeguard Training Course is Three Hundred Dollars ($300) and PPM will subsidize Two Hundred Dollars ($200) if employee/candidate can obtain Lifeguard Certification and meets the Worked Hours Requirement and Good Standing status.
 

Work Hours Requirement: Upon successful completion of the Lifeguard Training Course, employee/candidate continues his/her employment with PPM and works a minimum of 100 hours in each calendar month for the summer 2021 pool season (June – August), with employment date beginning May 29th, 2021 to coincide with opening of pool season 2021.

 

Good Standing: employees are considered in Good Standing if they show consistent behavior in the following areas. 1) Punctual to jobsite daily 2) Facility of responsibility meets and exceeds minimum for cleanliness and safety set by health department 3) Has zero write-ups on file for the season.

 

If (a). Employee/Candidate fails to meet the requirements outlined at a Premier Pool Management facility during the 2021 pool season, or (b). Employee/Candidate terminates relationship with Premier Pool Management prior to meeting the requirements, or (c). the Employee/Candidate is terminated for performance, then Employee/Candidate (or LEGAL GUARDIAN), agrees to pay Premier Pool Management, upon demand, the full subsidized cost of the Lifeguard Training Course in the amount of Two Hundred ($200.000) Dollars. The Employee/Candidate (or LEGAL GUARDIAN) understands they will be held responsible for all fees incurred by Premier Pool Management in the collection of the Subsidized amount ($200).

 

Payment Options: payment for courses is payable via 1) Venmo and 2) PayPal. The employee/candidate has the option to pay for the course in full if he/she wishes. For more details on payment options employees and candidates can reach out to georgetac@premierswim.com

Employee/Candidate (or LEGAL GUARDIAN) understand they will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred by Premier Pool Management in the collection of the Subsidized amount ($200).

 

Employee/ Candidate (or LEGAL GUARDIAN) understand that no portion of the course cost is refundable. If the employee/candidate cannot attend the registered course, the registration fee ($25) will not be refunded but can be applied as a credit toward the employee/candidate registration for another PPM approved Lifeguard Training Course.

 

By purchasing this course, Employee/Candidate (or LEGAL GUARDIAN) acknowledges that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to all the terms listed above and that this agreement and all parts within are binding and enforceable. By purchasing this course the employee/candidate (or LEGAL GUARDIAN) requests that PPM registers the employee/candidate for the Lifeguard Training Course under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
